How to Curve Cravings

Keeping your cravings under control can be hard, especially when that sweet tooth kicks in and you just want to bite into a big sugar filled dessert. Occasionally this is okay, and you should enjoy yourself we are all human at the end of the day. But how do you stop these cravings day to day and prevent ruining your hard effort?

There are many healthy and low-calorie snacks out there that can help stop these cravings. The trick is finding one that you like that is a healthy low-calorie alternative. It may take a bit of time and trial and error to find something that is a healthy sweet tooth killer. To start your off, here is a list of a few that can help kill your cravings and do not take a lot of prep.

Vanilla Greek Yoghurt Nut & Berry Dessert (123-152 calories)

100-150g of Greek yoghurt

1 Teaspoon of vanilla whey protein

30g of Mixed blueberries and raspberries

5g Crushed cashews

Vanilla Protein Ice Cream (206-221 calories)

1 Scoop of vanilla whey protein

1-1.5 Cups of unsweetened almond milk

1 Tablespoon cocoa nibs

Strawberry Meringues (117-134 calories)

1 Meringues

2-4 Tablespoons of half and half fat free cream

1 cup of sliced strawberries

1 Small bag

There it is guys 4 easy snacks to help kill cravings that are very low calorie. There are many ideas you can come up with, you just need to be a little creative and be mindful about how many calories you are eating.
