I Need To Be Honest With You!
I am not going to lie to you or beat around the bush, getting results isn’t going to be easy.
Theres going to be times you want to give up.
Theres going to be times it’s very hard work.
There will be times were you perform poorly and hardly put in any effort.
And there will definitely be times were your will fail.
I know what you’re thinking, “you’re coming on a bit strong aren’t you Louis”
But I don’t think I am.
Im just being truthful with you on how it will be.
You see, I want you to succeed, I want you to know it’s okay to fail and want to give up sometimes.
The journey will be tough and you need to know that in order to succeed.
Everywhere you look it’s dieting should be easy, not hard, just move more and eat less, as long as you stick to your calories you’ll get results.
Sounds simple right?
But there lies the misconception.
Simple does not mean easy.
This is where a lot of you are going wrong, all these approaches sound simple and easy therefor when you don’t see results or you find it tough, you get disheartened and give up.
You’ve been led into a false sense of security that’s making things a lot harder for you rather than easier.
This is why I want to emphasise your journey isn’t going to be a walk in the park.
Sometimes it will yes but sometimes it is also going to be hard and I think hearing and knowing that will make your journey easier.
If you expect the entire journey to be a breeze you’ll be in for a shock because as soon as that first tough day or week comes your going to be ready to quit.
Knowing and anticipating, even readying yourself for that tough day will mean it’s a lot easier to get through.
Ive had many tough days, weeks even months in changing my physique and building my business, I wouldn’t be who I am today if I didn’t have those tough times.
There were days I thought about quitting my healthy eating habits or days I thought what is the point in posting everyday on social media or writing one blog a week. However, I knew what was to come from pushing on and I knew that not everyday would be easy.
If you want to know the only other thing that got me to where I am today then click here once you’ve read the blog, this has never let me down on achieving great results.
You need to follow a simple approach in the regard that you can see yourself sticking to it long term and that it isn’t a fad approach.
Just know that simple does not mean easy and it doesn’t mean there won’t be challenges.
You need to plan ahead.
Plan what you’re going to do when you find yourself face to face with a 2500 calories pizza, full fat coke a dessert and several cocktails.
Plan what you’re going to do that first time you feel like you don’t want to go to the gym.
Plan what you're going to do when you can’t be assed to get your 10,000 steps or log your food.
These times will come I guarantee you and a lot of the time you will give in (which is okay) I have done this many times, but I planned the steps I needed to take to get back on track after, which you’ll need to do to.
If you embrace and stick at it through the hard times, your results will come much quicker and easier.
Finding someone experienced to help you in those times will be very beneficial to your results.
This is why I don’t just train people, I help motivate them to keep going, plan how to tackle these issues and support them on their journey to achieve their goals.
Training is such a small part of your journey, your habits and routines are what dictate the best results so it would be poor coaching to ignore these external factors.
That’s why participating in a free weeks trial in my private studio may be one of the best decisions you make towards achieving your fitness and confidence goals.
During this week I won’t just teach you how to train effectively,
I’ll help you find habits that are holding you back,
