The 1-2-1 coaching I give here at The Lemon Frog Fitness Company is much more than just personal training.
If you're looking for someone to shout at you and watch you train once a week and pat you on your back well done after I killed you for a session then The Lemon Frog Fitness Company isn't for you.
However, if you are someone who wants to be taught on how to exercise effectively, learn everything it takes to achieve your goals inside and outside of the gym and you're serious about improving your body confidence then keep reading.
My approach isn't like most, I tailor and support all of my clients individually.
This means no generic programmes are prescribed.
No generic nutritional guidance that you can search for on google.
And no basic check-in that doesn't help you get the goals you want to achieve.
I want to help you as best as I can and want you to achieve your goals. I can't do that unless I tailor everything specifically to YOU.
I will consider your entire lifestyle when coaching and training you and then create the best programme and guidance along with the right support to help you achieve your goals.
I aim to help you to you become more motivated, enjoy exercise, and build a lifestyle that you LOVE, a lifestyle that is also sustainable for the long term.
No exercise programmes that kill you so you don't enjoy them, no band foods, and restrictive diets to follow.
Just enjoyable and practical solutions to help you get where you want to be.
The only thing I need in return is your commitment and hard work.
Results can only be achieved if effort and communication are met in the middle.

The prices are the same for each client that comes onboard depending on the level of service required.
They are not disclosed here but range from monthly, 6 monthly and even year-long coaching options.
The reason I don't disclose them is I don't want you to choose the coaching based on it being more affordable, I want it to be because it is the best match for you.
